Fonterra Acquires

According to Food Week Online, New Zealand co-operative Fonterra has acquired from National Foods the licence to manufacture, market and sell Nestle's Ski yoghurt brand in Australia. This follows Fonterra's acquisition of nestle's yoghurt and dairy dessert business in September 2008.
