According to Andrew Janes in The Dominion Post, 11 September 2007, the New Zealand Fonterra co-operative has two capital structure options under review - both involving publicly listing part of the co-operative.

Under either option 49% of Fonterra would be listed - farmers would retain control of 51%.

It is expected that Fonterra will reveal its preferred option to its members in November 2007.
