Dairy Farmers Milk Co-operative in New South Wales has called on the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to investigate "supermarket bullies" Coles and Woolworths for cutting the price of milk by as much as a third. Mutualls Grow in Australia

A new report by KPMG Australia has announced that credit unions and building docieties in Australia have experienced solid growth this year. The profitability of credit unions increased by 37% and building societiues by just over 34% in the 12 months to the end of June 2010. Asset and capitqal levels have also increased. ABACUS Australian Mutuals reports that its member building societies and credit unions have seen a surge in inquiries and applications as people are switching from banks.
