Two Housing Co-operatives Registered

Two housing co-operatives have been registered under the Victorian Government's Housing Act 1983 - Footscray Rental Housing Co-operative and Northcote Rental Housing Co-operative.

They are the first co-operatives to be registered under the Housing Act 1983.

Footscray Rental Housing Co-operative was established in 1985. Northcote Rental Housing Co-operative was established in 1983.
