SouthEast Housing Co-operative was founded in 2000 through the merger of the Ringwood/Croydon, Oakleigh and Frankston rental housing co-operatives. In 2004 Moorabbin rental housing co-operative became part of SouthEast.
SouthEast Housing Co-operative is based in Melbourne's southeast growth corridoe. It is Victoria's largest rental housing co-operative - managing 159 propertiesm an annual income of approximately A$1.3 million and employing six staff.
