The Chairperson of SEHC, Tracey Hall, said: "It was very informative. I could see that there was potential for growth and areas we could explore."
Tracey suggested that: "A national co-operative conference would be good - not just housing co-operatives."
The Secretary of SEHC, Shirley Faram, said: "I thought it was very well run and highly informative. All of the speakers provided a wealth of information and an insight into all the differences between co-operatives in each state."
She said that: "It showed that Victorian co-operatives were well ahead in some areas than co-operatives in other states e.g. the sizes of the co-operatives and how they are structured."
Finance Directer, Leander McColl, said: "it was great - particularly the Aboriginal housing workshop."
She praised the organisation of the conference as being: "Not a busy busy day but relaxed."
